Personal Statement

I am working on my Capstone design project and am on my way to complete my B.S. in Computer Engineering at PUPR. Currently, I am applying to PhD programs at several graduate schools, because I feel that this is only the beginning of my studies. I would like to work in Artificial Intelligence, and move the state of the art to the next level. Right now, I'm working very hard, along with my teammates, to make our Capstone design project something to really talk about. We want to build on exisiting tool kits, integrate them and add a research component to create an artificial agent that is able to attain converational skills. In addition to our capstone class, we are also enrolled in undergarduate research for this purpose.
